Wash at least three times the mixed green salad. Drain well and cut the leaves in pieces.
Wash clean and slice the fresh mushrooms. You can use your favorite kind of mushrooms, in this recipe white mushrooms were used.
Minced the garlic clove reducing it in small pieces.
Mix everything in a large bowl and dress with the soy sauce.
Toss well and serve as a starter or as a side salad.
Let the salad marinade 10 to 15 minutes before serving it to wilt a little and gain flavor.
