Cooking Directions:

Wash, clean and cube the Persian cucumbers and the tomatoes.

Cut in large pieces the onion. Wash and dry the mint leaves.

Mix onions, cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad bowl.

Add the chopped mint leaves and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle with lime juice and let rest for a while to blend the flavors.

Serve this Persian Salad as a healthy appetizer or fresh side dish.
