Cooking Directions:

In a sauce pan mix the heavy cream with the sugar.

Bring to a simmer point at very low heat, stirring continuously.

In the meantime, mix the gelatin with the milk and the vanilla extract and pour it into the cream.

Cook until all the gelatin is completely dissolved without bringing the cream to the boiling point.

Pour the hot Panna Cotta in cups and let chill in the fridge for at least four hours.

You can either serve the panna cotta in the cups or unmold it on a serving plate. To unmold we suggest the use of metal cups. Before removing the panna cotta place them in hot water and then flip them upside down in the plate. This will help the panna cotta to unmold without breaking. Alternatively you can help yourself running a knife around the edge.

Tips:

Top with chocolate, caramel or your favorite topping and garnish with nuts or fresh fruits like berries.

You can prepare homemade fruit topping sauces like strawberries topping sauce.

You can also moist the cups with some rhum before pouring the panna cotta for additional flavor.
